As a courtesy to our patients, our office will file your insurance claims and work with your insurance company in order for you to receive the best coverage and care possible.

• DenteMax Network (excluding Discount Plans)
• Healthy Kids Dental through Delta and BCBS/Dentaquest

Please remember that payment is always due at the time of your treatment. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. For patients who do not have dental insurance, we have partnered with CareCredit, a trusted third-party, no-interest payment program. CareCredit is a wonderful option for our patients because it ensures that they receive the dental care they need when they need it.

Patient Forms

We understand that our patients are busy and want to make the most of their time. Patients who would like a convenient and quick visit with our dentists in Grand Blanc, Michigan, will be invited to complete New Patient forms prior to their visit. Forms will be sent via email or text. If this is not a convenient way to complete our forms, we ask patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their New Patient appointment to complete all required new patient paperwork.
